Terms: Announcements made by auctioneer on day of sale take precedence over anything written or implied. Complete payment sale day. Cash or Good Check with proper ID. No credit or debit cards are accepted. Settlement in full day of sale. No item removed until settled for. Not responsible for items after bid, not responsible for accidents. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. Sales tax will be applied. Announcements day of Auction take precedence over other advertising. All Absentee-Bids, Internet or cellular phones must be approved 48 hours in advance No exceptions.
Internet bidding can be done on equipmentfacts.com. Bidding must be approved on their conditions. Internet bidders will have to wire funds on day requested with instructions coming from Fanning Auction.
